Glasgow-My Town

The first song we have listed is My Town. It features Radio Clyde DJ Tiger Tim Stevens and is, to our knowledge, the only song ever to feature Celtic and Rangers singing together.

 

Ludere Causa Ludendi (Play for the sake of the game)

This second song is  Ludere Causa Ludendi which was written about Queens Park and Hampden. There is another version which has been recorded by Queens Park as their official club anthem but this is the original "Ludere Causa Ludende"

 


It's Christmas Day
This song we felt was worth a mention.

A few years ago the pupils of  Balfron Primary School recorded a Christmas single (Balfron does have a Glasgow postode so technically it's a Glasgow song!).

This is "It's Christmas Day by the Balfron Christmas Stars"
